3.5 pubph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pubph currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine-based players:
4.2 Own-Account Requirement. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pubph does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

6.3 pubph reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of a manifest error, technical fault, or pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pubph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 pubph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, pubph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pubph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 pubph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 pubph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through pubph's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent pubph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
